1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the MIMO printing service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all users of the MIMO platform, including students, faculty, and staff.

2. Service Description

MIMO is a campus-based document printing service operated by VisionPrintt Technologies. Users can upload documents, make payments online, and collect physical prints from kiosks located within REVA campus.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely via Cashfree. Once a print job is confirmed and processed, refunds are not guaranteed. If there is a verified print quality issue (e.g., printer malfunction), please contact support immediately via WhatsApp.

5. Supported File Formats

MIMO supports PDF, DOC, DOCX, JPG, and PNG files. PDFs are strongly recommended for the best print quality and accurate formatting. We are not responsible for formatting issues arising from unsupported or incompatible file types.

6. Service Availability

MIMO kiosks are available during regular campus operating hours. We strive for 99% uptime but are not liable for temporary service outages due to maintenance, power disruptions, or technical issues beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

VisionPrintt Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the MIMO service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific print order in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
